We can merge two billing accounts to make your hosting packages accessible from one place with one billing login. We can even move individual packages from one billing account to another. To request an account merge:

  1. Create a ticket to Billing and specify the primary email address for the billing account to which you would like everything moved.
  2. Provide the primary email address for the remaining accounts from which you want the data to be moved away.
  3. Please also include your security PIN, the last 4 digits of your billing credit card or your most recent PayPal transaction ID for each account. If you cannot provide this information, we will require you to verify that you are the owner of all the accounts in a follow-up email.

Once the above steps are completed, we can then merge your billing accounts. We will respond to the ticket once the accounts have been merged.
