Follow the basic steps to enable  TLS over FTP

FileZilla:

1. Open Filezilla. (If you are not installed then Download Here)
2. Go to Site Manager by File > site manager (keyboard shortcut ctrl+s)
3. Click New Site: Enter Account Name
4. Enter Host: (Domain name without http:// or https:// )
5. Port: 21(or leave blank)
6. Protocol: FTP - File transfer Protocol
7. Encryption: Require Explicit FTP over TLS
8. Login Type: Normal
9. Username: Check your mail (How to create new FTP by cPanel )
10. Password:Please check New Account Information Mail
