Changing Your Primary Email Address Print

The primary mail address on the account should be kept up to date since this is where we will send important information about your account.

For your safety, the primary mail address is required to belong to the owner of the hosting account. The person answering at the primary mail address will be assumed to be the owner or someone authorized to act on behalf of the account owner.

Quick Method

  1. Log in to your billing account (GB Client) at: http://www.ruralserver.com/client-area/
  2. Go to the following URL to submit ticket: http://www.ruralserver.com/client-area/home/supporttickets.php/?
  3. And write you new primary e-mail address in ticket that you want to make new primary e-mail address
  4. Check your mail and then provide the authorization key in the billing system. Your primary mail address will then be changed to the new mail you have provided.

Alternate Method

This method will allow you to change your primary email address without having to enter a direct link.

  1. Log in to your billing account (Client Area) at: http://www.ruralserver.com/client-area/
  2. Click my details >> Click Add New Account 
  3. Enter your New account information and marked as Sub Account of sub-account with client area access
  4. Click save Changes button
Now you can access given permission by your secondary accounts
